1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Waitframe ("Waitframe", "we", "us", or "our") — including our website at waitframe.ai, the Waitframe Studio page builder, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
The Services are not available to users who have previously had their accounts terminated by Waitframe for violation of these Terms.
3. Your Account
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at isroiljonrustamov25@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share your account, transfer it to another party, or use another person's account without permission.
4. Description of Services
Waitframe provides tools for startup founders to validate product ideas, including:
- Launch pages — a visual page builder (Waitframe Studio) to create and publish landing pages
- Waitlists — tools to collect, manage, and export email signups from your launch pages
- Validation analytics — metrics including page visits, signup conversions, and engagement data
- AI generation — an AI chat interface that generates launch page content and structure based on your inputs
- Smart links — custom short links for tracking campaign traffic
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. User Content
"User Content" means any text, images, designs, data, or other content you create, upload, or publish through the Services — including the launch pages, waitlist data, and any media you upload.
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By using the Services, you grant Waitframe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the rights to use all User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Waitframe does not use your User Content to train AI models.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Services include AI-powered features that generate text, copy, and page structure suggestions based on your prompts ("AI Content"). AI Content is generated by large language model APIs and is provided as a starting point for your own creative work.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any AI Content you publish. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI Content. It is your responsibility to verify that AI Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights before publishing.
AI credits are consumed when you use generative features. Credit limits are defined by your plan and reset on a monthly billing cycle.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Publish content that is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harassing
- Collect personal data from users without proper disclosure and consent (you must maintain your own privacy policy on your published launch pages)
- Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content through published pages
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services
- Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or abuse the Services
- Impersonate another person, company, or brand
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent account plan restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Waitframe platform, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and all proprietary features, is owned by Waitframe and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Templates provided in the template library are licensed for use within the Services. You may use and customize templates for your own launch pages, but you may not resell or redistribute the raw template designs outside the Services.
9. Fees and Payment
The Starter plan is currently free. Paid plans (Pro and Studio) are available at the pricing described on our pricing page. Subscription billing via credit card is coming soon; pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge is made.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We will charge applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
We do not store payment card data. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors under their own security and compliance certifications.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by going to your account settings. Upon account deletion, your published launch pages will be taken offline and your User Content will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine is harmful to Waitframe or other users. Where commercially reasonable, we will give you advance notice.
Sections 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WAITFRAME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Waitframe is in public beta, and the Services are actively developed and may change significantly.
Validation analytics are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics data or that use of our Services will result in successful product validation or business outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAITFRAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WAITFRAME IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waitframe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws that these Terms do not affect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the Services at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
